31 March 2019: Southern Grand Slam
Great day today at the Southern Grand Slam in Southampton. Team Bristol took a very young team of 17 fighters including some of our very youngest 5-6 year olds, with many stepping onto the mats for the first time. 23 March 2019: Higher grades grading
A great day for GB Fit. We had over 50 students from 7 years old up grading for their green to brown sashes in Lau Gar kung fu. Everyone controlled their nerves really well and performed to a high standard. Well done everyone.

17 March 2019: 1st CIMAC Superleague
A great day at the 1st Superlegue of the year. Team Bristol took a very large team and we came away with lots of golds, silvers and bronze. Well done everyone!
